Central Public Health Center providing behavioral health services including 24/7 crisis services.
Hours
Health Center: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; Crisis Phone Support: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Required Documents
These may include: Proof of Income, Proof of Address, Social Security Card, Valid Photo ID.
