Intake Procedure

(1) Visit website and click on the service you are interested in and check the box underneath, (2) Click the box indicating that you agree to receive documents electronically, (3) Enter your basic information, (4) Check email to confirm your new user account, (5) Once account is confirmed, click on "Update Profile" to finish entering all required information, (6) Click on 'My Documents' to upload all required documents, (7) Once all documents have been uploaded and profile is complete, an email will be sent to you from the Housing Counselor to schedule a one-on-one appointment, which would be either by phone or via Zoom.

    (1) Visit the website, (2) Go to 'Services' and then 'Help for Homeowners', (3) Print out the Safety-First application, complete it, signed and dated, and return to the office with all required documents from checklist.
