2 forms of ID with the individual's name and current street address; 1 form of ID with the individual's name and photo to verify identity; Children under age of 18 must be accompanied with a person/guardian who provides proof of residence to obtain a library card

Membership for West Chicago residents only; The library is open to the public; all visitors must abide by the library's conduct policy
