Valid photo ID; Veterans ID card, as needed for Veteran discount
Eligibility
Free for military personnel and veterans; Discounts available for seniors 65 years and older

Self-pay, Discounts are available for seniors and veterans, No fees
Intake Procedure
(1) Call the Main number to schedule an appointment (2) Provide photo ID or Veteran ID (3) Bring along any current medications to the initial appointment (4) Appointments can last 3 to 4 hours, multiple appointments may be needed.
