Eligibility
Clients must be mobile and independent, may use assistive devices; Clients must be able to handle meals times with minimal to no help; Clients must be free of infections and communicable disease; Primarily adults over the age of 60 attend but younger adults can be accommodated; Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination at time of intake

(1) A physician form must be completed for program placement. (2) A negative T.B. test result must have been received for admission to the program. (3) Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination must be provided
