Hours:
Care Center: 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week
Admissions: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Contact the Admissions Department at 630-784-4315 for details on admissions process and requirements
(2) Pre-admission screening is required for all new residents as per State requirement
(3) Rooms assigned by availability during time of admission
(4) Priority for room preferences given to medical needs
