Proof of income; Positive letter of recommendation from one community leader and/or teacher.
Eligibility
Applicant must meet criteria as outlined in the brochure & website, including income limitations and good standing in school; Application is presented to the Board of Directors who makes the decision as to who will be awarded an orthodontic scholarship.
