Residents of incorporated Glen Ellyn; Non-Residents of incorporated Glen Ellyn whose principal residence is in Glen Ellyn School District 41; Glen Ellyn School District 89; Closer to the Glen Ellyn Public Library than any other public library

Intake Procedure
(1) Visit during normal business hours with the required documentation. (2) Residents of Glen Ellyn under 18 years of age must have a resident adult parent or legal guardian sign their registration form at the time of their library card issuance. (3) Non-Residents (see Eligibility for who qualifies) applying for a library card must provide required documentation.
