Self-Pay, Limited scholarships available for individuals residing in 9 member park districts.
Intake Procedure
(1) Call 630-681-0962 to receive free New Member Packet in the mail. (2) Fill out, complete, and return the WDSRA Annual Form (either download, print from website and email back, or complete online version and submit). (3) Once the Annual form is received, a WDSRA Rec Trac account will be created, and log-in information will be sent.
