C.A.R.S. Ministry: Car inspections and repairs. No repairs for transmissions, engines, head gaskets or body work. Service recipient responsible for buying any parts needed.

Vehicle must be registered in the name of the person receiving assistance; Vehicle must not be more than 20 years old; Applicant must have a valid driver's license; Applicant's income must be 150% or below the Federal poverty level.
