(1) Call customer service at 630-682-7400 to make an appointment and be assessed for services needed. (2) Verify over the phone whether any documents would be required to qualify for services. (3) Call the Crisis Intervention Unit 24/7, 365 days a year to be connected to a counselor for a brief intervention and be connected to additional support services as needed. (4) Call 630-627-1700 about joining the Substance Use Support Group that meets on evenings and weekends.
