Administrative Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Counseling Hours by Appointment (daytime and evening appointments available)

Intake Procedure
(1) Call or walk in to complete a client intake, or fill out an online intake form on website (2) After intake completed, an appointment may be scheduled with a clinician in one of the counseling offices.
