Also provides limited financial assistance with utility bills (electricity, water) through their Walk-In Assistance program.

Intake Process:
(1) Arrive for services no later than 14 minutes before closing time
(2) Registration required on first visit, only sing-in required for every visit afterwards
(3) Must have valid photo ID with proof of residency and other required documentation (refer to service details below)
