Emergency/Dispatch Hours: 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week
Intake Process:
(1) Call or walk-in for non-emergency assistance
(2) Call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance
(3) Call main number to confirm that cooling/warming center service in the lobby is available
(4) Pay for parking tickets and make overnight parking requests online on website
