Free public safety service that enables first responders to help more quickly when 911 is dialed. Users create an online safety profile and enter household and medical information about family members, home, pets and vehicles. Information is available to 911 call takers and is communicated to first responders, including a text to 9-1-1 option.

Administrative Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Visit www.dupageco.org/smart911/ to create an online profile, by clicking on the green "Smart911.com" button
(2) Must complete all 4 steps in the registration process in order for the service to work properly
