Description:
Behavioral health facility providing specialized outpatient day treatment to those struggling with mental health and co-occurring addiction disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety, trauma (post-traumatic stress disorder), depression and other mood disorders. Services are delivered through two levels of outpatient care: Partial Hospitalization Care (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Care (IOP).
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Call the Intake number or visit the website to schedule a free and confidential phone screening
(2) A member of the treatment team will assess the type of care needed and develop a treatment plan designed to meet the patients' specific needs

Eligibility:
(1) OCD and Anxiety: children (ages 6 to 12), adolescents (ages 13 to 17), and adults
(2) Depression Recovery: adolescents (ages 13 to 17) and adults
(3) Trauma Recovery: 18 and older
(4) Mental Health and Addiction Recovery: adolescents (ages 13 to 17) and adults
