Intake Process:
(1) Text 'TALK' to 38255 to immediately connect with a master's-level counselor
(2) Your birthdate, Zip code, call back number and first name will be requested, but answers are not required
(3) If you are unable to text, visit https://need2text.com/ to chat online or call 844-493-8255
(4) For counseling in Spanish, call the number and say the word "Spanish", which will connect you to an interpreter
