Intake Procedure
(1) Call the designated site to complete a phone intake. A copy of the intake is available on the website in English or Spanish.; (2) An appointment or referral may be provided.; (3) Bring required documentation.

Community Action Agency providing a range of services for residents of Kane County. Services include: limited financial assistance with rental payments, medical expenses, glasses, transportation; childcare expenses assistance; scholarships and online tutoring; Back to School supplies; Assistance for those 62 and over including car repairs, eye glasses, dental care.

Photo ID; Current late rent or eviction notice from landlord; Documents to provide financial hardship; Copy of lease agreement; All expense receipts for the 30 days before appointment; Current bank statement; Print-outs of all benefit letters from DHAS for SNAP, TANF and any other public aid received; Any Medicaid benefit cards.
