Program that provides Naperville's first responders with critical information about themselves or loved ones with developmental, cognitive, mental, medical and/or physical disabilities who may require special assistance during an emergency or non-emergency situation.

Intake Procedure

(1) Call Jim Pacetti at 630-548-2967 or email pacettij@napervillie.il.us for more information OR (2) Call Ruthi Sommers at 630-420-6142 or email SommersR@naperville.il.us for more information (3) Submit a completed Caring Hands Participant Information Form for each member of their household with health/medical conditions (4) At minimum, an update must be done each year on the participant’s birthday

(1) Resident of Naperville (2) Individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, Down Syndrome or Autism, or those who are at risk of wandering with communication challenges (3) Individuals who have a full-time caregiver
