Intake Process:

(1) Applications for assistance will only be accepted online
(2) Register at
(3) Register first and then click 'Apply for Help'
(4) Most recent tax return or bank statement required

Program Fees:

No fees




(1) At least 18 years of age
(2) Legal residents of the United States or Canada
(3) Applying for assistance either for yourself, or for a person living in your home
(4) Household has at least one active bank account OR has filed a Federal Tax Return within in the past two years
(5) Regular access to a computer and the Internet
(6) Have access to a scanner or a fax machine to submit supporting documentation
(7) If you rent, have a legal lease
(8) Income and Employment Tests apply
