ComEd has partnered with various state goverment agencies and other stakeholders to provide assistance to Illinois residents who continue to experience financial hardship in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Types of assistance available include ComEd's Residential Hardship program - a one-time grant of $500 for income-eligible households who are behind on their bills - as well as flexible, extended payment arrangements to pay off past due bills with no down payment.
