The Housing Authorit of Cook County (HACC) has opened its wait list for 1 bedroom standard and accessible units at the South Suburban Senior Living LLC at the following locations:

• 3210 West 139th Street, Robbins, IL 60472
• 15306 Robey Avenue, Harvey, IL 60426

Eligible households will be required to pay rent equal to up to 30% of their adjust annual income. Income limits apply, subject to HUD guidelines.  Preference will be given to applicants who:

• Meet the definition of homelessness
• Ages 62 and older
• Living with disabilities
• Victims of domestic violence
