The DuPage Community Transformation Partnership has released guidelines for its Immediate Intervention and Transformational grant opportunities.The grants provide funding for immediate needs, allowing social service nonprofits to quickly deliver services in the areas of food insecurity, housing instability, mental health and substance use disorder. An information session for interested nonprofits will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 2, on Zoom.
