DuPage County is seeking community feedback from DuPage County residents for the County’s next 5-Year Consolidated Plan.  Please take a few moments to complete the Community Needs Assessment Survey which will inform on housing, economic, and community development needs and priorities of low- to moderate-income residents throughout the County.  Your responses will guide how federal funds are spent throughout the County in years 2025 – 2029. 

The online survey will be available Wednesday, May 1, through Friday, May 31, 2024.  Please find links below to an English and Spanish version of the survey.  Your feedback is important!
