Provides access to medical and prescription expense services for those with low-income and are medically uninsured in DuPage County.
Hours:
Remotely: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
In-Person: Tuesday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Call to request an appointment to complete an application for benefits.
(2) Refer to service details below for documentation required
(3) Attend a new member orientation

Eligibility:
(1) Reside in DuPage County for past 30 days
(2) Between the ages of 19 - 64 years
(3) Meet income guidelines (household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level)
(4) Unable to access medical coverage and not eligible for select private or public health coverage
