Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Walk in and complete an intake interview
(2) Documentation must be provided at the time of interview

(1) Resident of Elmhurst,
(2) Children enrolled in Elmhurst public schools
(3) Individuals with children enrolled in Elmhurst public schools
(4) Member of a participating church
