Volunteer attorneys who provide legal services to low or no-income individuals.
Hours:
3rd Saturday of each month
Intake Process:
(1) Call to schedule an appointment.
(2) Provide the following information during the time of your call:
a. The number of people living in your household for whom you are financially responsible
b. Income source and amount for yourself and anyone who helps pay the bills for your family
c. Amount of contributions received from any person or organization
d. The name of the person, company or organization with whom you are having a dispute (also known as the adverse party)
e. An address and/or a phone number for the adverse party identified above
f. The name and phone number of the adverse party's attorney if applicable
(3) Complete the pre-appointment form, which can be located on the website

(2) Income must fall below 125% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines, to be considered for Pro Bono representation, if a Pro Bono attorney will accept the case
a. If an attorney cannot be obtained, volunteer staff can help clients prepare the court documents needed to present the case to a judge on their own behalf
