Hours:
(1) Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
(2) Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Call The Counseling Center to leave your name and number.
(2) A call will be returned typically within the same day to schedule an appointment.
(3) A brief intake will be completed at the time of the call.
(4) Bring required documentation to appointment.

Provides tax assistance through the AARP Tax Aide Program at request.
Hours
(1) Offered February 16 through April 6 (2) Wednesday, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm

(1) Photo ID (2) Social Security Card (3) Copy of last year's tax return (Federal & State) (4) W2 (5) 1099 (6) Bank/Brokerage Statement (7) Real Estate Bill (8) Any other tax-related documents (9) Routing/Account Number from checkbook (for direct deposit)

Low and middle income individuals with focus on residents 60 years and older

Intake Procedure
(1) By appointment only: a. Call 630-323-7500x0 during regular listed hours for AARP Tax Aide Service. b. Pick up and complete Tax Packet before scheduled appointment (2) For Joint Return, both clients must be present. (3) Masks may be required for Tax Aide client appointments. Confirm when making appointment.
