Description
Operates the county's internal COVID-19 Call Center for the residents of DuPage County. Answer COVID-19 vaccine related questions. 24/7 crisis services hotline for those struggling with stress, substance use or other health concerns during the pandemic. Also operates a COVID-19 testing center at the DuPage County Fairgrounds.

(1) Call 630-221-7030 with questions about and for information on the COVID-19 coronavirus disease, including testing and vaccines. (2) Call 630-627-1700 any time to speak to crisis staff and counselors, (3) Drive up for testing during listed hours, no appointments needed.

(1) All cars must arrive by 2:00 pm to be tested, (2) Only those in cars can be tested, no walk-ins permitted, (3) Restrictions apply, including - cars with windows that don't work properly, cars with dogs inside, that are not self-contained, no trailers, no buses, (4) Individuals who are tested will receive their results by phone within 3 to 4 days
