(2) Access the online list of funded services from providers serving in DuPage County (additional counties also listed)

Eligibility:

(1) Persons 60 years of age or older
(2) Persons providing unpaid care to adults ages 60 years and older
(3) Persons providing unpaid care to those with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders
(4) Grandparents and on-parent relatives ages 55 and older who are raising children under the age of 18
(5) Older relatives, including parents, ages 55 years and over, who are providing care to adults aged between 18-59 years living with disabilities

Emergency services related to COVID-19 for eligible older adults, caregivers of older adults, and persons with disabilities. Part of the Illinois COVID-19 Response Fund (ICRF). Qualifying services include: (1) Increased access to emergency food and supplies (2) interim housing/emergency shelter (3) health and mental care services (4) short term rental/mortgage assistance (5) utility assistance (6) direct financial assistance for household expenses (7) Support for children affected by childcare and school closings and their families

Funds available from 4/17/20 to 5/22/20.

Any of the following individuals affected by COVID-19: (1) Any person 55 years of age or older, regardless of disability, (2) Any relative (regardless of age) raising children, (3) Caregiver of an older, (4) Adult with disability
