Website: 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week; Call Center: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Drivers 50 years of age and older; Valid driver's license issued by state where applicant resides
