On day of appointment: Vehicle insurance ID card or certificate of insurance for testing vehicles; CLP and/or receipt(s); Most current receipt associated with their CLP or written testing; Current Illinois driver's license or out-of-state CDL license

(1) Schedule a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Road Test online at www.cyberdriveillinois.com or by calling 217-785-3013, Option 4, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday (2) All CDL applicants must provide at least one proof of legal presence in the United States, refer to website for list of accepted documents and instructions
