      Applications: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day; Facility: Monday & Thursday, 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Saturday, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm

      Eligibility

      (1) Animal pets of residents of DuPage County who receive SNAP and/or Social Security Disability Insurance.

      Intake Procedure

      (1) Visit https://www.dupageco.org/AnimalServices/63809/ and submit application online. (2) Once application is received and reviewed, applicants will receive an email to confirm approval. (3) Approved applicants will receive a one-time voucher for spay/neuter surgery. (4) All surgeries will be done by appointments only
