      Description

      Outpatient services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, congenital birth defects, feeding disorders, traumatic brain injury and a host of other challenges.           Description

          Residential housing services in homes at various locations throughout South Suburban Cook County. Residents receive comprehensive, individualized residential services and support services. Those individuals and families approved for housing will be assigned a case manager who will act as a liaison to assist with setting and achieving goals.
