Description:

Assists Veterans and their families in need, especially those with low and moderate income, by raising donations of money, building materials, and professional labor, and coordinating the process of repairing, building, and donating homes.

Intake Process:

(1) To apply for services, print the application form available on website, fill out and return to address or email listed
(2) Application can also be completed online
(3) Other items that may be required include:
i. Copy of Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty Form/DD 214
ii. Copy of Department of Defense official rating
iii. Photos of applicant and applicant's family
iv. Income Verification: most recent 2 years of Federal and State income tax returns for adults in household. If a tax return was not filed the previous year, a copy of bank statement displaying public assistance received can be submitted.
v. Proof of ownership by Title/Warranty Deed (only if requesting repair/modification)
vi. Homeowners Insurance Declaration Page (only if requesting repair/modification)
