24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week

Eligibility
Children and young persons 0 to 21 years of age who are technology assisted or have complex medical needs
Fees
For the transition program: Self-pay, Insurance, Medicaid, Financial aid may be available; For respite care: Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) Waiver
