Provides outreach and services to those living without shelter. Responds to reports from community members observing anyone that is unsheltered.
Hours:
24 hours per day, 7 days per week
Intake Process:
(1) Call to report any unsheltered individuals or families
(2) Provide name, contact information, the location last seen, and any additional details
(3) Staff verify information from calls in order to follow-up in the field
(4) Staff link clients to shelter or provide support services to those remaining unsheltered
