Processes applications for riders with a disability, who are not able to use public transportation with fixed routes, to utilize a door to door shared ride service.

Hours:

Website: 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Mobility Services Helpline: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Intake Process:

(1) Call the Mobility Services Helpline to request an application
(2) Complete the application and call the Helpline to schedule an in-person interview
(3) Transportation services may be provided to the appointment
(4) The interviewer can help complete portions of the application as needed, and will assess your travel abilities in more detail.
(5) You may be asked to take a mock bus trip to demonstrate your abilities or limitations.
(6) Parts of the meeting may take place outside; dress accordingly.
(7) The meeting will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
(8) If eligible, you will receive a certification letter, a guide, and a photo ID card.
(9) Decisions are made in about 21 days.
