Hours:
Available 365 days a year, date and times of specific classes/sessions available as per schedule
Intake Process:
(1) Call 877-797-7299, go on the website or email connections@frontporch.net to register
(2) Intake information requested during registration will include (but not limited to) personal information such as name and address, as well as questions regarding caller's mobility
(3) Download and view the current catalog from website to find classes or group sessions on topics of interest
(4) Once registered, members will be provided with all the information they would need to participate
(5) Classes, groups and other programs can be accessed by calling the number and/or joining online using a computer or tablet
