Description
Comprehensive support for adolescents and adults to heal from addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Two levels of care: partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) with daytime hospital and group treatment

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Eligibility
Youths ages 13 to 18 years old, Attending high school for adolescent program; or 18 and older for adult program

Self pay, Private Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare
Intake Procedure
(1) For emergencies dial 911 (2) For non-emergencies, schedule an appointment online or by calling either number listed (3) If assistance is needed after hours, call the Behavioral Health Intake number for assistance (3) If an appointment is provided you will be provided with further instructions (4) Documentation may be required (5) Payment options may be available by calling Customer Service and speaking with a financial counselor.
