Description:

Provides individualized consultation and therapy services to children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorders, based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy) principles. Services are provided in the home, school, community, and clinic settings.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

(1) Complete the inquiry on website, and CABS will contact you by phone or email for an initial interview.
(2) After initial interview, CABS will email a link to complete online application and schedule an intake assessment.
(3) After intake application is completed, CABS insurance team will verify insurance benefits.
(4) Once insurance benefits are verified, CABS will work with your insurance company to request an authorization for an initial assessment to determine an individualized treatment program.
(5) Following the assessment, an assigned staff member will set a time to review outcomes of the assessment, treatment plan, and recommended service hours and treatment goals.
(6) After CABS has reviewed the treatment plan with you, CABS will share this plan and a request to begin services to your insurance company.
(7) While waiting for authorization to be approved by your insurance company, CABS team will create a schedule based on your child's availability and recommended treatment hours, put together a team of behavioral therapists, and assign a certified professional staff member to your child's program.

(1) No fees
(2) Private health insurance

Eligibility:

(1) Children, teens and adults ages 2 to 26 years with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
(2) Residing in Northern Illinois, Savannah and Rome, Georgia
