Description
Program for adults struggling with opioid use disorder. Patients can be referred to the MAT Program by their insurance, court system, substance abuse and mental health treatment providers, primary care providers, and self-referred. Through the program, participants will receive Buprenorphine (Suboxone) or Naltrexone (Vivitrol) in combination with Level 1 outpatient behavioral health counseling and group therapy.
