Description
24-month rent free residential housing program for women who identified as survivors of sex trafficking, addiction, and abuse. The program is phased-based, with four phases and a daily schedule depending on each of the clientâs recovery stage. The program offers participants access to mental health and substance use disorder counseling, as well as education and job training.

Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older; Must identify as a female; Have a history of addiction (past or current) and is willing to commit to sobriety; Have a history of being sex trafficked, exploited in commercial sexual activity, or have participated in prostitution; Must be able to speak English

Intake Procedure
(1) Call 331-215-0888 or email info@magdalenehousechicago.org to connect with a staff member, or fill out the online application form. (2) Referrals from other service providers are also accepted. (3) Following a telephone interview, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and their applications will be reviewed by staff
