Intake Procedure
(1) Visit website to locate a kidney mobile screening near you. (2) Call office during listed hours and ask to speak to the Kidney Mobile Manager. (3) Email Regina White at rwhite@nkfi.org for assistance. (4) Screenings are scheduled between March and November. (5) No registration needed to attend a Kidney mobile screening
