Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Applications to open up a case at the Commission may be mailed or brought in person to the Commission's Chicago office
(2) All visitors to this location must show a valid photo ID
(3) A case is first tried by an arbitrator, whose decision may be reviewed by a panel of three commissioners
(4) The case may then be appealed to the circuit court, Appellate Court, and Illinois Supreme Court
